• Nationality of Candidate:  Bangladeshi/ Local.

• The candidate must be technically high-sounding in all kinds of Technical work (Lingerie and knit items) and self-driven.

• The candidate shall be responsible for leading our Technical section with the highest level of efficiency and dedication.

• The candidate shall ensure that all the team members of the technical section perform their duties and responsibilities most efficiently, as per their JD & management-approved work plan.

• The candidate shall work maintaining necessary liaison, coordination & cooperation with all stakeholders.

• The candidate shall ensure proper execution of all technical work as per the requirement of the company, Buyer`s requirements, Industry/ Business trends & Management Guidelines.

• Run day-to-day operations smoothly, and ensure continuous development of technical section and its employees.

• To introduce & implement new techniques/ plans/ ideas whenever current plans/ ideas/ techniques do not work well.

• To meet the deadline (if any) set by Management/ Buyers.

• Ensure transparency, accountability, automation & proper documentation in the Technical Section.

• Individuals need to be up to date with the latest practices & innovations.

• Maintain compliance, quality standards, and proper housekeeping at all times as per buyers’ requirements.

• Trained up team members as required and ensured teamwork among team members.

• Report to Management properly on the basis of KPI & proceed further as per Management guidelines.

• To perform any other task(s) as and when assigned by Management.
