Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, preferably with specialization in Weaving Technology
Additional certifications in Quality Management System (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufactruing) will be an added advantage
10-15 years of practical experience in quality Assurance within the weaving industry
Experience in managing large teams, handling high volume production and ensuring consistent fabric quality
Strong leadership and decision-making skillsIn-depth knowledge of weaving processes, fabric analysis and QA methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem solving and root-cause analysis abilities
Proficiency in MS office and QA reporting tools
Effective communication and coordination skills across departments
Ability to work under pressure and ensure target-oriented performance
Strong commitment to quality, discipline and continuous improvement

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Manager/Senior Manager (Quality Assurance)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Lead and manage entire Quality Assurance operations of the Weaving Unit
Develop and implement QA systems, procedures and standards to ensure fabric quality meets buyer and company requirements
Monitor quality parameters throughout the weaving process, including yarn input, machine settings and finished fabric inspection
Analyze fabric defects, identify root causes and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implementation
Coordinate with production, Maintenance, Planning and other department tor resolve quality related issues
Conduct regular audits of production process and maintain compliance with internal and external quality standards
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports for management review
Train and guide QA officers, supervisors, and inspectors to enhance team performance
Maintain strong documentation and ensure continuous improvement initiatives across the QA department
