Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, preferably with specialization in Wet Processing/Dyeing  Technology

• Certifications in Quality Management System, Color Science, or Testing Standards will be considered an added advantage

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• 10-15 years of practical experience in Quality Assurance within Yarn Dyeing/Fiber Dyeing units

• Strong Knowledge of Dyeing process, chemicals, dyestuffs, testing methods and quality standard requirement

• Experience in team leadership, quality control systems and troubleshooting quality related issues

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Manager/Senior Manager  (Quality Assurance)”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Lead and manage entire Quality Assurance operations of the Yarn & Fiber Dyeing Unit, ensure all dyed materials meet required quality standard

• Monitor and control quality parameters throughout the dyeing process, including color matching, shade consistency, fastness properties and overall dyeing performance

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of dyed yarn and fiber to identify defects, variations, and non-conformities

• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Ensure proper laboratory testing, color recipe, verification and shade approval procedures

• Collaborate closely with dyeing, Production, Planning, and Maintenance departments to maintain smooth work flow and quality assurance

• Maintain QA documentation, quality records, SOPs and compliance with internal and external standards

• Train and guide QA inspectors, lab technicians and junior team members to enhance quality awareness and capability

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, quality systems (ISO, 5S, etc.) and environmental compliance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports for management review
