Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for lift/elevator products across target markets in Bangladesh.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients through B2B and B2C sales channels.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from client consultation, technical solution offering, quotation preparation, to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, industrial clients, commercial builders, and government institutions.
Coordinate with the technical, installation, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth execution of sold projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust sales tactics and maximize profitability.
Lead and mentor the lift sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses, professional communication, and post-sales support.
Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management.
