∎ Age at least 37 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent monitor both routine and preventive maintenance functions of Cutting, Sewing as well as Auxiliary machines
∎ Check maintenance performance register regularly to analyze routine & preventive maintenance requirements
∎ Develop different parts (folder, guides etc) based on IE and production in order to achieve productivity and quick changeover
∎ Take corrective action at regular basis and ensure uninterrupted production
∎ Participate in PP meetings to address and mitigate machine related issues (including availability) well in advance
∎ Maintain spare parts budget within approval and maintains proper documentation
∎ Communicate with team members to ensure transparent and smooth communication
∎ Communicate with machine suppliers in order to get rental machines timely
