Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will have to develop new markets in other divisional cities.
∎ Senior Manager/Manager, Sales to develop and deliver our B2B sales and marketing strategy to ensure future growth and profitability for the company. You will lead a sales team and help us reach new customers/markets as well as develop existing accounts.
∎ While working closely with the CEO, Manager/Sr. Manager will manage all aspects of the B2B side of the company working with key customers.
∎ You will be given yearly sales targets that you will need to meet.
∎ About you as a Business Development Manager/Senior Manager:
∎ We're looking for someone that can not only develop a successful sales strategy but someone that can deliver results and help the company grow.
∎ You should have experience of sales/business development and managing others to get results.
∎ You should be driven by success and know how to analyze data to help feed into future strategies.
∎ You should have a good understanding of B2B sales strategies and be confident with managing the sales pipeline/funnel for the company.
∎ You should be personable and excellent at building and maintaining relationships with our customers to maximize sale opportunities.
∎ You should be willing to lead and develop your sales team to achieve maximum potentials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ He/She must have at least 5/6 years' hands-on experience in the field of enterprise/B2B sales in any reputed organization
∎ The candidate must have good communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ He/She must have pleasant personality
