Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ LL.B. (Hons), LLM from any reputed Public/Private University. Licensed Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council must have membership of Dhaka Bar Association, minimum 3 years’ experience in land document vetting, labour laws, corporate laws, artharin cases, tax, vat laws, NI Act and Criminal cases etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, Law Firm, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should have vast experience in dealing with organizational legal affairs.
∎ Preparing various kinds of deeds and agreements relating to property transfer and mortgage and in due course registration of the same with the Sub-Registrar Office;
∎ Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement agencies.
∎ Provide Legal support to employees concern issues under Labour laws.
∎ Maintains custody of legal documents of the Organization.
∎ To file cases on behalf of the Organization with the Police Station, Court or with any other court, tribunal and concern authority.
∎ To serve legal notices upon the clients of the Organization.
∎ To draft and file the cases on behalf of the Organization and to defend the cases filed against the Organization.
∎ Keep liaison with different regulatory authorities, government offices, and other relevant bodies.
∎ Checking of legal documents.
∎ Good execution skill and ability to work under pressure

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 39028 (Monthly)
∎ Others benefits likes staff loan, Staff Welfare Fund etc. will be given according to the HR Policy of the organization.
