Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of the land project
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Facilitate high-value property visits and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve sales quality, reducing cancellations and increasing conversions.
- Oversee due recovery processes (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) and ensure timely cheque realization.
- Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for top management.
- Resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Drive new customer acquisition and ensure long-term client retention.
- Promote the company’s brand and uphold its premium image in the market.
- Mentor and build a high-performing sales team through training and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
