Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  3. Identify and secure new business opportunities and clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  7. Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  8. Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints professionally.

Additional Job Responsibility:

  3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company`s products and services.
  4. Report to the Managing Director on sales activities and results.
