Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop effective investment recovery strategies from default parties
∎ To conduct tour anywhere in country when required for legal issues
∎ To maintain liaison with local administrator and LEA
∎ To prepare legal notices to default parties where necessary
∎ To drafting GD, lodge FIR & complaint where necessary
∎ To assess the defaulter’s specific situation, review relevant documentation, and determine the most appropriate legal course of action to recover company’s risky investment
∎ To Explore alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, to expedite debt recovery and reduce legal costs where appropriate
∎ To initiate legal proceedings on behalf of company to recover default investment.
∎ To file lawsuit/s and represent the company in the court to obtain a judgment against the default parties
∎ To resolve debt disputes between company and default party through settlements whenever possible
∎ To engage in discussions with default parties to reach mutually agreeable payment arrangements.
∎ To ensure effective actions that complies with rules and regulations to avoid any legal consequences
∎ To offer strategies to mitigate risks associated with recovery activities.
∎ To maintain detailed records of all communications, legal proceedings, and financial transactions related to recovery process
∎ To Managing team, including provide mentorship, guidance, and support
∎ To complete Any types of works/tasks required by management on behalf of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
∎ Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
∎ Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Must have good command on office applications (MS word, MS Excel, MS outlook etc.)
