Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting up Annual Business Plan and Strategies for establishing a market presence & grabbing market share.
∎ Building and managing relationships with Builders, Developers and consultants to gain and retain consistent sales leads.
∎ Enhancing the expertise of the technical team and driving them to provide maximum efficiency as well as productivity for Installation, Commissioning and After-Sales Service independently and in a timely manner.
∎ Meeting with the Sales and Technical team on a regular basis to coordinate the activity status & solve any problem that may arise.
∎ Ensuring collection against sales by directing the Sales Team on a regular basis.
∎ Cooperate with the Supply Chain team for sourcing Lift related equipment.
