Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, EEE, or a related discipline.

• Master’s degree (MBA or M.Sc. in IT/IS) will be considered an advantage.

Academic Requirements

• SSC & HSC GPA 4.00 (out of 5.00) in both.

• B.Sc.: Minimum CGPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).

• 5 to 7 years

Professional Requirements

• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) – Mandatory.
• Additional certifications (preferred):
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• Financial audit certifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or CIA will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT audit, financial audit, or operational audit, preferably within a regulated or financial institution.
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 30 October 2025; however, it may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified or experienced candidates.

Preferred Technical Skills:

Basic Knowledge

• C#, Java, Python, ASP.NET, .NET Entity Framework, Spring Boot.
• RDBMS, API integration, development, and management.
• TCP/IP, IP subnetting, routing protocols.
• LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, and access control.
• Hardware installation and troubleshooting.

Familiarity

• IT system implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Additional Competencies:

• Proficiency in IT system design and architecture, cloud platforms, system maintenance, and testing, with an understanding of related control environments.
• Strong knowledge of information security, risk assessment, and system performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute IT audits in accordance with the approved internal audit plan.
• Evaluate IT governance, cybersecurity practices, IT general controls (ITGCs), and information security policies.
• Review ERP systems, databases, and financial applications to ensure security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Assess system development processes, change management, and access control mechanisms.
• Conduct risk-based audits of IT infrastructure and recommend appropriate control improvements.
• Validate business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) arrangements.
• Utilize IT audit tools and data analytics software (e.g., ACL, IDEA, TeamMate) to support audit activities.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and present findings to the Audit & Risk Management Committee.
• Collaborate with financial auditors to perform integrated audits where IT controls impact financial reporting.
• Participate in departmental audits and other assigned activities
