Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the entire production process via close collaboration with product teams, materials, and costing and other support functions in Bag, Backpack and leather goods.
∎ Responsible for the development of a cohesive and customer focused production team which drives quality at all levels.
∎ Leads the implementation of all process controls and procedures in production area
∎ Responsible for setting up quality plan for all new models at various stages of development process and take active involvement in new products at production stage
∎ Responsible for Costing, Planning, Budgeting & Manpower management. Always willing to take additional task with increased responsibility.
∎ Supervising general operations, reallocating tasks & resources for production process.
∎ Proven ability to work within deadlines & challenging environment.
∎ To manage the workshop under control by maintaining harmonious and peaceful relationship with work force.
