Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all aspects of the human resources and administration functions.
∎ Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and legal requirements.
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
∎ Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that the company's values and approach are displayed.
∎ Ensure maintenance of an effective HR Information System (HRIS) in the company.
∎ Managing training as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and follow-up training effectiveness.
∎ Ensuring job description for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate.
∎ Manage the overall Performance Management System, which includes reviewing present performance targets (KPI), maintenance of JD and organogram, executing yearly performance appraisal, coaching, and mentoring staff on performance improvements and other key deliverables.
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement programs for employee motivation.
