Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the commercial layer farm, including feeding, health management, and egg production.
∎ Monitor and analyze production data to optimize farm performance and profitability.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency.
∎ Maintain accurate records of production, health, and inventory.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and function.
∎ Prepare and present reports on farm performance to senior management.
∎ Foster a safe and positive working environment for all employees.
