Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, design, and oversee the construction and maintenance of [types of projects, e.g., residential, commercial, and infrastructure] projects.
∎ Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.) to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
∎ Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to implement project specifications.
∎ Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
∎ Perform quality control, ensuring that construction activities adhere to industry standards and specifications.
∎ Resolve design and construction challenges to ensure project success.
∎ Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in project management software and AutoCAD.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Willingness to travel in other districts.
