Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the feed mill.
∎ Supervise and manage the production team, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
∎ Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
∎ Monitor and manage feed formulation to ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Ensure all feed products meet quality and safety regulations and standards.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team for timely sourcing of raw materials.
∎ Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
∎ Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for optimization.
∎ Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
