Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking & supervising the daily yarn receiving & issuing to the batch and maintaining the report to the concern department heads.
∎ Make sure inventory control.
∎ Ensure minimum stock level.Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin cards.Preparing the monthly stock report and send it to the concern department.
∎ Maintain Daily ERP Stock Report Update. Update Daily Yarn Stock Report.
∎ Daily Sample Yarn Stock Report. Daily Slow Moving Yarn Stock Report. Weekly Yarn Admin MIS Report .
∎ Daily Yarn KPI Report.Yarn purchase requisition.
∎ Subcontract Party balance Stock Report . Monthly Yarn MIS Report.
∎ Monthly Production MIS Report. LC And Pi Wise Supplier Report .
∎ Daily Email Check and Reply. Supervision Full Store Warehouse.
∎ Daily knitting planning Report Follow up.
