Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of warehouse daily operation. Prepare and submit report to superior in various dimension to study and analyze weakness and strength of department to move with the growth of company business. Prepare recommendation to superior for team activities include strategy to achieve agreed targets.
∎ Provide strong visible leadership to follow company policy; Time and Action Plan to follow as per operational requirement; manage all staff through performance, management and training; Guide the team for daily communication; Ensure to update (daily receiving and issue items) data base in every moments. Stock materials management.
∎ Team members performance review as well as train team members to grow their ability, understand the mechanism of warehouse, their duties and role within the organization.
∎ Review co-related department report to take necessary action in warehouse; Maintaining appropriate records relating to materials/fabrics; relating to suppliers, carrier, importer, etc. to support management to evaluate stakeholders contribution.
∎ Space management for upcoming consignment & Utilize appropriate systems to manage, analysis, documentation; Ensure tracking and identification of materials/fabrics; follow up Production/Cutting requirement of materials/fabrics in timely manner; Ensure Compliance/Auditors requirement in Warehouse .
∎ Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls; Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols; Ensure all the rules and regulations to meet up the buyer requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years' experience (Minimum 05 years in Managerial position) in Warehouse management.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent computer skills to learn Net-Garments (I-net).
∎ Experience in EPZ based foreign investors Garments will be given preference
∎ Quality leadership, management skills/experience, knowledge in Production management & Merchandising.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving ability with flexible attitude.
∎ Quick adoptability with time management ability.
