Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure updating repair & maintenance works of Car, Micro and Cover Van.
∎ Allocate transport (Car/Micro) among the departments based on demand and capable to make vehicle route plan.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all vehicles, maintain and cheek frequently.
∎ Check fuel/gas bills and monitor the overall expenditure of vehicles.
∎ Oversee the vehicle maintenance in consultation with nominated workshop properly.
∎ Check maintenance bills of the vehicles in accordance with requisition.
∎ Maintain liaison and negotiating with necessary govt. office like BRTA, Police Station etc.
∎ Update vehicle documentation on time.
∎ Prepare vehicle wise monthly fuel consumption & maintenance cost report.
∎ Monitor disciplinary issues of drivers.
∎ Keep track record of vehicle movement at all times & monitoring of Vehicle Tracking System (VTS).
∎ Managing any accident/Police case of transport section.
∎ Keep records and prepare reports of all the important information such as driver information, travel logs & distance, fuel consumption, accidents & other incident details etc.
∎ Any other task by the superior from time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
