Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely operation of Transport section & to ensure transport requirement for corporate office & factory.
∎ Recruiting deficient drivers, mechanics and helpers with the help of the HR & Admin department.
∎ Direct & maintain activities related to deployment, dispatch, routing and transportation of commercial vehicles of the company such as trucks, covered vans, pick-ups etc
∎ To prepare and implement transport policy for smooth operation and control of all commercial vehicles of the Group.
∎ Contact the Traffic Department, BRTA & Civil Government to take administrative responsibility for transparent transport activities.
∎ Ensure denting, painting, body fabrication and major overhauling of all company vehicles.
∎ Verifying of fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling the KPL (kilometres per litre) of each one.
∎ Maintaining Service records of all vehicles & check all relevant bills and vouchers before sending for final approval.
