Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Masters in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Relevant to Quality Improvement or Productivity

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of prevailing quality control policies, procedures and management system of the group and improve where necessary consulting with concern authority.
∎ Identify training needs, design training course and impart necessary training to the quality concern personnel.
∎ Arrange and facilitate workshop and training on quality management system for Management level staff.
∎ Conduct training for production supervisors and quality supervisors of each factory on regular basis.
∎ Conduct training follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of training program utilizing effective tools and techniques.
∎ Review and update quality assurance manuals time to time as per requirement of the company.
∎ Modify and develop the standard quality control system and ensure effective implementation of the process, tools & techniques pertaining quality system.
∎ Orient on external inspection system and provide necessary guidance on how to face external inspections.
∎ Revise & Develop manual, module working process, implementation guideline, swatches or necessary materials on quality issue.
∎ Communicate and maintain effective liaison with factory management and production related personnel.

∎ Having Experience in the field of Quality Control or Production in reputed Garments Industries.
