Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Pursue new business opportunities working with the MNOs
∎ -Facilitate Issue Resolution between bKash and MNOs to drive smooth business operation
∎ -Drive KPI achievement related to Mobile Recharge business through bKash access channels (e.g. USSD, app, PGW)
∎ -Formulate business strategy and cycle plan for initiatives to drive user and volume growth
∎ -Formulate joint strategy and cycle plan with MNOs for partnership initiatives
∎ -Work in the cross-functional team to ensure quality and timely execution of the Go to market plan (product, campaigns, communication, channel initiatives) as per the cycle plan
∎ -Analyze the performance of KPI achievement and prepare mitigation plans as required

∎ Self-motivated and willingness to take up challenges
∎ Ability to work in a team and coordinate with cross-functional teams with process knowledge
