Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ M.Sc or any other higher education or vocational training will add advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Negotiation Skills, Proactive and Positive attitude, Problem solving and analytical skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knitting, Seamless product development, Sewing production, Technical knowledge
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overlook sewing technical process of the sewing production based on customer demand to elevate current level.
∎ Ensure all the technical standard have been set and monitor throughout the production and reduce line changeover time(downtime)/ improve first day efficiency.
∎ Actively solve sewing quality issues in coordination with production team and work for the improvement of quality and efficiency.
∎ Handle all internal and external PP submission/meetings.
∎ Involve with PD team and making sure the product feasibility with required efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ High skill of sewing technical and capability of understanding and working on customer techpack.
∎ Self - motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Good proficiency in both Bangla and English.
