Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Present, promote and sell ICT products/services to existing and prospective customers
∎ Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Reach out to customer leads through calling and onsite visiting
∎ Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeline
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
∎ Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
∎ New customer acquisition and customer retention
∎ Resolving customer's queries and problems
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports

∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ Target driven with proven track record in IT industry as a sales representative will be an added advantage
∎ Familiarity with IT products, solutions and industry culture practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to multi-task
∎ Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic
∎ Should be fluent in English and good in Bengali pronunciation
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
