Experience:
Diploma/B.Sc. in CSE/EEE/ETE/IT or related subject.
Vendor Certifications (CCNA/MTCNA/HCNA) will be an added advantage.
0–2 years (Freshers with good knowledge can apply).
Basic networking knowledge (IP, Routing, Switching).
Familiarity with Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei devices.
Problem-solving & communication skills.
Ability to work in roster-based shifts (day/night).
Responsibilities:
Monitor network devices, servers, and services in NOC (24/7 operation).
Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues (Fiber, Wireless, LAN/WAN).
Provide technical support to customers (remote & onsite).
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers/vendors.
Maintain incident logs, prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure smooth operation of backbone, POPs, and client networks.
Coordinate with field teams for service installation & maintenance.
