    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Diploma/B.Sc. in CSE/EEE/ETE/IT or related subject.

  • Vendor Certifications (CCNA/MTCNA/HCNA) will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • 0–2 years (Freshers with good knowledge can apply).

  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, Routing, Switching).

  • Familiarity with Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei devices.

  • Problem-solving & communication skills.

  • Ability to work in roster-based shifts (day/night).



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network devices, servers, and services in NOC (24/7 operation).

  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues (Fiber, Wireless, LAN/WAN).

  • Provide technical support to customers (remote & onsite).

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers/vendors.

  • Maintain incident logs, prepare daily/weekly reports.

  • Ensure smooth operation of backbone, POPs, and client networks.

  • Coordinate with field teams for service installation & maintenance.
