Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ISP or Telecom sales (managerial experience preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Sound knowledge of internet services, networking basics, and ISP market trends.

• Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to travel frequently.

• Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software, reporting tools).

• Lead and manage the regional sales & marketing team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase customer base and revenue.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and home users.

• Ensure proper follow-up on sales leads, customer queries, and service-related issues.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.

• Coordinate with Technical, Billing, and Support teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Train, motivate, and guide regional sales teams to achieve high performance.

• Ensure brand promotion, field campaigns, and marketing activities in the assigned region.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality as per company standards.
