Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage and guide a team of 3 garment fit technicians.
∎ • Train and assist the team for size chart creation, measurement taking and comments writing.
∎ • Approve proto, size set and preproduction samples regarding fit, workmanship, colors and fabric quality.
∎ • Adjust the measurement charts and pattern if needed.
∎ • Analyze problems of fitting or grading and communicate with France/Germany offices through conference call.
∎ • Advice/help the QC team and factories to solve production issues.
∎ • Create measurement charts with the help of base measurements for every product category.
∎ • Reviewing Design sheet / techpack in advance and highlight discrepancies
∎ • Maintaining quality throughout the sampling
∎ • Introduce production friendly methods
∎ • Implementing Buyers pattern / construction / washing related comment
∎ • Verifying grade rules along with CAD team before bulk pattern handover.
∎ • Communication with Buying house / Buyer as single contact point
∎ • Prepare and update garments specs, work out consumptions based on buyer's tech packs.
∎ • Develop care labels that meet required standards.
∎ • Reviews/understands buyer's technical packs and comments and explain /advise factory Technical Team for the development of samples accordingly.
∎ • Should be wide experience in speck sheet and BOM Sheet which received from Buyer.
∎ • Ability to per garments costing and implement innovative production techniques.
∎ • Develop and update the most effective production layout process to reach the highest efficiency.
∎ • Work on set target to fits/PP sample and minimizing rejection, approval of the samples on a buyer required basis.
∎ • Upon receipt of the samples (made by the factory technical team), measures the garments samples.
∎ • Evaluate workmanship, quality, and construction of garments samples, to determine the correctness.
∎ • Provide remedial advice to factories on the detected discrepancies with regard to workmanship & construction of garments, and also, in the case of fabrics on issues like shading, weaving defects, etc.
∎ • Maintain liaison with internal Technical Team on a day-to-day basis for obtaining approval on pre-production and production samples to a commercial standard, as specified by the buyers.
∎ • Work out discrepancies through discretion and/or understanding, if arise on any samples and ensure timely. Approval of the tech team, in order to ensure buyers approval and bulk production.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age 35 to 45 years
∎ • Need minimum 5 years of working experience in similar position.
∎ • Should know how technical of various type of product (down jacket, padded J/k and other jacket, bottoms) all of woven product.
∎ • English, computer literacy would be an added advantage.
∎ • Effective communication skills for the customer, pattern makers and supervisor independently with regard to technical and construction issues.
