Job Responsibilities:
∎ To find out and solve fitting issues during the initial pattern after getting requirements from the merchandising department.
∎ To conduct meeting with Production, Maintenance, and IE about fabrics, and other technical and critical issues before going for production.
∎ To find out the critical processes and technical issues and solve them during the production process with coordination with Production, Maintenance, and IE.
∎ To monitor and follow up size set activities, and adjust patterns where required and communicate with the production department regarding the pattern adjustment.
∎ To ensure that any change made in the previously approved sample is communicated to the concerned persons timely.
∎ Assessment of design sample, fit sample, red seal & gold seal samples upon received from the buyer.
∎ To arrange monthly technical meetings with Production, Maintenance, and IE about upcoming orders and information about fabrics, accessories required tools, and machines to ensure smooth production.
∎ Monitor sewing technicians and solve issues raised by them.
∎ Thorough Knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance, etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of knit garment manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must, especially in CAD Technology, Lectra & Optitex software.
∎ Must have experience in a renowned Knit Factory.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers( Puma, M&S, H&M).
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
