Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc or BBA in Agriculture preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor the sales activities to achieve yearly sales target of Tea Garden Sales.
∎ Prepare product-wise and customer-wise yearly/monthly sales budget for Tea Garden customers.
∎ Ensure customer-wise monthly/quarterly/yearly budget achievement of Tea Garden Sales.
∎ Ensure appropriate promotional activities among the Tea Garden, BTRI & BTB.
∎ To initiate, organize, implement, monitor and evaluate the Seminar & training for selected/all Tea Garden Manager, Deputy Manager, Asst. Manager and sharing the progress report with the Management.
∎ To organize the training and information sharing session in different Tea Company.
∎ Planning and execution of problem & Season based campaign in the Tea Garden.
∎ To facilitate any promotional activities like Demo, campaign etc.
∎ Representing ACI Crop Care at seminars, meetings and other designated functions that require corporate presence in the area of Tea production, operations and management.
∎ Take steps for immediate visit to settle the overdue amount of the overdue customer as soon as possible and report progress to Supervisor.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient application of credit policy
∎ Visit external and internal customer i.e. BTRI, BTB & DAE Personnel and all level of customer to get regular and situation oriented support.
∎ Resolve all sales and credit related issues by coordinating with other departments.
∎ Garden wise Individual Technical Meeting organize with Manager, Deputy Manager & Asst. Manager and conduct trial of product/s for showing result demonstration.
∎ Competitions information collect & share with the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Experience working in tea garden related sales activity will be preferred.
∎ Ability to ride motorcycle is a must.
∎ Valid motorcycle driving license is a must.
Salary: Negotiable
