∎ Plan International Bangladesh in view to support its Vision for 2030 has been familiarizing implementation of a dedicated decentralized People & Culture team to support its staff thus organization to excel in their capacity, motivate and retain talent them with right career support.
∎ The Manager-Talent Acquisition and Rewards is a key leadership role within the People & Culture (P&C) Department, responsible for designing and implementing strategic recruitment and compensation processes that attract, retain, and reward the best talent. The role is critical in shaping a high-performing, inclusive workforce at Plan International Bangladesh, ensuring effective recruitment, retention, and reward strategies across both development and humanitarian programs.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is 203,712 BDT - 254,640 BDT CTC (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e. Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Life Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance coverage along with Out Patient Treatment Benefit.
