• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• BBA/MBA in any discipline from a reputed university

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management will get preference

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Supply Chain

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Cookies / Ice-cream industry will get preference

• Certification/Training on SAP/Oracle ERP software.

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint

• Willingness to travel as required

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain planning and operations to drive internal efficiency and cost minimization.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives

• Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing

• Analyze market trends and manage inventory to ensure cost-effective procurement

• Coordinate with production, QA, and sales teams to ensure alignment across supply chain functions.

• Plan and ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials to support uninterrupted production.

• Optimize procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost savings without compromising quality.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL), vendors and partners

• Lead and mentor the team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
