Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in Cookies / Ice-cream industry will get preference
Certification/Training on SAP/Oracle ERP software.
Strong leadership skills
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
Willingness to travel as required

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end supply chain planning and operations to drive internal efficiency and cost minimization.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Analyze market trends and manage inventory to ensure cost-effective procurement
Coordinate with production, QA, and sales teams to ensure alignment across supply chain functions.
Plan and ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials to support uninterrupted production.
Optimize procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost savings without compromising quality.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL), vendors and partners
Lead and mentor the team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
