Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and refine short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
∎ Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, industry trends, and customer insights.
∎ Identify growth opportunities and potential risks, presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
∎ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
∎ Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
∎ Act as a strategic advisor to business units, helping them align activities with organizational priorities.
∎ Develop financial models, forecasts, and business scenarios to support decision-making.
∎ Lead high-impact projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
