∎ MBA/ Masters degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Management from any recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily fund position for transaction of Call Money and Trade Money with different Banks and NBFIs and suggest investment of surplus fund
∎ Ensure dealing room practice and controls
∎ In-depth understanding of statutory and legal compliance requirements, rules, regulations and policies formulated by Bangladesh Bank
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly payment schedule of Credit Line with commercial Bank and Refinancing Scheme with Bangladesh Bank
∎ Perform other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in Treasury Department of Banks/ Financial Institutions.
∎ Basic Criteria for the post:
∎ Candidates must possess 2nd class or higher CGPA;
∎ Leadership skills, Team Building Skills, Self Starter, Proven Performer;
∎ Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills;
∎ Strong Negotiation, Organizational and Problem Solving Skills;
∎ Must be target oriented with a focus to perform;
∎ Team player;
∎ Must be fluent in spoken and written English;
∎ Computer literate
