Experience:
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Commercial roles within FMCG, preferably in snacks or food & beverage manufacturing.
Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting or data analysis tools like Power BI is highly valued.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to use sales and market data to drive decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams to ensure strong alignment between brand strategy and in-market execution.
Develop and implement trade-marketing strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and brand visibility across all trade channels.
Manage and optimize the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effective execution of programs.
Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and improve trade effectiveness.
Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of trade campaigns and promotions, recommending improvements based on data and insights.
Monitor execution quality in the market and ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
Lead, train, and develop the trade marketing team to build strong category and execution capabilities.
