Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from any reputed Agricultural University of Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor regular activities of the technical team at field level & provide necessary instructions.
∎ Solve any emergency problems at field level about our chicks and feeds; and communicate with hatchery, feed mill and concerned management.
∎ Analysis of own & competitors products (chicks & feeds) and report to the concerned authority.
∎ Monitor the competitor's activities and report to the management.
∎ Collect farm visit reports from the technical team at field level about own & other companies chicks & feeds using farmers, compile the reports and inform to the respective authority of hatchery and feed mill including the management.
∎ Arrange technical seminars with the farmers and S&M team for exchanging technical knowledge.
∎ To visit feed warehouses in different locations in the country, feed mill & hatchery to check product quality and report to the management if required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in Technical Services in any reputed Feed Manufacturing company is preferred.
∎ This is a Head office based position, but will require extensive field visit and any kind of issues should have to be solved promptly.
∎ Candidate should have sound technical Knowledge on Poultry management, diseases and treatment.
Salary: Negotiable
