∎ The candidates must have experience in feed sales.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting sales forecasts and determining monthly and yearly sales goals.
∎ Performing in-depth research in identifying new market opportunities.
∎ Developing sales plan with the Sales team.
∎ Promoting products and services offered by the organization.
∎ Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
∎ Maintaining a good relationship with agents/dealers.
∎ Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports for different regions.
∎ Presenting reports to the head office and highlighting the key points.
∎ Suggesting improvements in sales approaches.
∎ Assisting in the training and development of new sales members.
∎ Staying up to date on various market trends and sales analysis.
∎ Evaluating the team members’ performance.
∎ Explaining the customer about the product and services offered by the company.
∎ Closely follow up Agent-wise Target versus Achievement in terms of Credit utilization and synchronization and act accordingly.
∎ Be aware of credit management and recovery.
∎ Responsible for Credit Recovery if any bad debts are there.
∎ Ensure maximum selling price of DOC to enhance profitability.
