∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Mechanical, Wood Technology, Forestry or relevant technical discipline.
∎ Diploma holders may be considered with strong practical background.
∎ Mimimum 3 - 7 years of practical experience in wood furniture production in reputed factories.

∎ Excellent people management, team motivation, and cross-shift coordination skills
∎ Ability to handle shift-based responsibilities and meet delivery commitments under pressure
∎ Experience in handling both KD (Knockdown) and Solid Wood products is a plus
∎ Proficiency in production planning, line feeding, and hands-on floor management
∎ Familiarity with factory safety, quality assurance, and production reporting systems
∎ To be familiar with English conversation when / where needed.

∎ Supervise and manage the entire wooden furniture production line including:Solid Wood & Panel ProcessingWoodworking Machines (CNC, Bandsaw, Surface/Thickness, etc.)Edge Banding, Boring, ShapingFinal Assembly & Line Feeding

∎ Lead a team of production supervisors, machine operators, and shift workers across day and night shifts, ensuring daily production targets and quality standards are met.
∎ Plan and allocate manpower and machines based on shift-wise production load and weekly production plan.
∎ Monitor and control workflow from raw board to ready-for-finishing components, ensuring high productivity and zero bottlenecks in the line.
∎ Ensure strict quality checks are in place at all stages—cutting, sizing, drilling, routing, and assembly—to maintain Regal’s quality benchmark.
∎ Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and design/engineering teams to support fast troubleshooting, reduce downtime, and support new product launches.
∎ Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean techniques (5S, line balancing, waste reduction).
∎ Maintain accurate daily production logs, shift reports, and machine performance data and report regularly to factory leadership.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire protocols in the production area, particularly in heavy-duty woodworking machine zones.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
