Good Luck Stationery, a leading brand under RFL Group, is inviting applications for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager – Production/Operations. As a key player in the stationery manufacturing industry, we seek a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee production operations, ensuring the highest quality standards and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production activities in alignment with customer demand, ensuring timely achievement of production targets.

• Oversee and ensure product quality, including aspects such as color consistency, locking mechanisms, threading, fitment, and more. Provide training to relevant team members to maintain and improve quality standards.

• Coordinate with the color mixing team to ensure accurate color matching as per client specifications.

• Select appropriate plastic materials for the manufacturing of various ball pen components (barrels, nozzles, back caps, caps, and clips) based on design requirements, color specifications, printing positions, surface finish, and refill placement.

• Set and optimize machine parameters—including clamping force, injection and holding pressure, charging position, cooling time, ejector/core positioning—based on product thickness, cavity count, mold temperature, and machine capacity.

• Manage inventory for raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and engineering store items to ensure smooth production flow.

• Prepare requisitions for procurement of spare parts, raw materials, and packaging materials as needed.

• Plan, schedule, supervise, and execute (including hands-on involvement in special cases) preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all plant equipment including machines, molds, chillers, compressors, and cooling towers.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with all departments and proactively initiate improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of all operational units, while maintaining effective liaison with supporting departments.

• Assured smooth operation by performing schedule maintenance of machineries & mold related with Plastic manufacturing field (Ball pen, Stationary etc.)

• Respond promptly and take immediate action during machine breakdowns or urgent production requirements to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
