Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 6 years

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Male

• Have sound knowledge on floor/line management, production management (sewing, cutting, finishing & pattern).
• Willingness to work under pressure.
• Can cope up with any kind of situation.
• Able to understand and speak in English.
• Familiar with windows XP, MS office suite, e-mail etc.
• At last 3-4 years' experience in similar position at reputed garments industry.
• Candidates who are interested in working from inside the factory premises will be given priority.

• Ensure production is on target in delivery dates with quantity and quality.

• Maintain / monitor all the required reports that are relevant to the team and for the top management.

• Responsible to control absenteeism and labor turnover of both worker & staff by motivating them to come to work (With the support of HR team).

• Responsible to handle all activities related to knit garments production.

• Conduct Pre production and In-Line inspections following the standard policies, procedures and guidelines of the company with the objective to ensure quality from the very beginning of the production process.

• Able to handle buyer`s order independently starting from cutting to shipment.

• Work closely with production, lab, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets without compromising quality.

• Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and data analysis of production, wastage for management review.

• Check and monitor the production capacity and stock of fabrics & accessories are aligned with the production planning in order to avoid short shipment or late shipment.

• Able to anticipate production problems and work proactively to resolve them prior to production.
