∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer,
∎ Thorough Product knowledge (Residential Space / Commercial Space / Land) area wise,
∎ Responsible for regular follow-up clients and maintain their records,
∎ Able to plan / organize / survey and calculate the costing of the product,
∎ Creating new customer to acquire the target,
∎ Demonstrate negotiation skills to meet the targets,
∎ Have to generate clients through various channels and match their needs,
∎ Visit different areas frequently to create customers and nurture them,
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products,
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution,
∎ Ability to handle clients especially on collection on different range of product for the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Real Estate Marketing & Sales / Land Development, Procurement, Inventory
∎ Skills Required: Advertising & Promotion, Customer Relation, Excellent communication skill, PRESENTATION SKILLS
∎ Good communication & Negotiation skills
∎ Ready to undertake Target oriented Sales Duties
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)
∎ Must have the ability to coordinate sales activities (Internally & Externally)
