Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE
∎ Bachelor of Industrial Production Engineering (IPE) or Textiles Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IE, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning.
∎ Should have an excellent Production Management capability.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Advance production plan based on SMV analysis.
∎ Capable to plan more than 30 lines.
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & Material Control team for order planning.
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Monthly closing report of sewing, cutting and finishing to management.
∎ Must have to capable to get real time update of daily cutting, sewing & finishing summery & report to Management.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication English spoken and writing.
∎ Working experience in a large group of companies.
∎ Any professional certificate in planning and capacity management will be added advantage.
∎ Specialist in planning of (ladies fancy, fast fashion items)
∎ Specialist in planning of smaller style ways quantity.
Salary: Negotiable
