Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective and efficient Operation & Maintenance of all Machinery, Equipment and Vehicles etc. of the Company.
∎ Capable of preventive maintenance, trouble shooting & break down maintenance of all kinds of Fabrics Dyeing, knitting, garments machinery, Dryer of Textile machinery & utility such as Gas Generator, Gas Boiler, A/C Plants, Chiller, Compressor etc
∎ Should have experience on preventive maintenance planning, reporting, spare parts management & cost control.
∎ Shall remain over all responsible for the mechanical maintenance work of all Machines.
∎ Planning and execution of schedule maintenance of all machinery.
∎ To follow the shift schedule as well as maintenance schedule and maintaining records.
∎ To solve instantaneous problem in running condition of the factory with minimum breakdown.
∎ Prepare the schedule for daily/weekly/monthly routine maintenance.
∎ Ensure proper Operation and Function of the Company.
∎ Make sure proper coordination among all relevant Departments of the Company.
∎ Cooperate the entire activities related to Compliance Management.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on implementation of KPI & SOP for own department
∎ Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality
Salary: Negotiable
