∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring finishing process and packing to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Organizing buyer inspections and co-ordinate with merchandisers, ensuring full shipments.
∎ Ensure the buyer standards and quality in Finishing/ Packing.
∎ Strong production leader ship with problems solving skills.
∎ Prepared regular reports of all activities.
∎ Directed and coordinated all employee activities.
∎ Analyzed production and made efficiency recommendations.
∎ Monitor the absenteeism, labor turn over and get the necessary actions to minimize
∎ Work closely with the merchandising team and get the required materials and accessories on time
∎ Prepare goods for proper time shipment
∎ Arrange all the necessary packing materials, man power requirement and the machineries well before starting the new style.
∎ Developed and implemented new production processes.
∎ Maintain the daily as well as monthly shipment schedule which is given by HOD

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
