Experience:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
PGDHRM, along with Compliance-related training/certification, will be an added advantage.
Ensure 100% compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, BGMEA/BKMEA regulations, and buyer Code of Conduct.
Handle buyer/social/technical audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ACCORD/ALLIANCE, etc.) and maintain all related documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and compliance manuals in line with labor law and buyer requirements.
Oversee recruitment, payroll, attendance, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Monitor workplace safety, fire safety, health, hygiene, and environmental compliance.
Lead worker participation committees, anti-harassment committees, and ensure healthy labor–management relations.
Provide training for workers and staff on compliance, safety, and company policies.
Prepare monthly compliance reports for management.
Must have knowledge on RSC (Formerly ACCORD).
Support audits and inspections, including BWB, Next, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, C-TPAT, OCS, RCS GRS, etc., and assessments of environmental, technical, and social compliance.
Assist in developing factories according to RSC (ACCORD & ALLIANCE) standards (fire safety, building safety, electrical safety) and ensure regular follow-up.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and relevant ILO conventions applicable to the RMG sector.
