Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building a team to develop software (ERP or as required) of organization as per company requirements.
∎ Planning, designing, and sourcing the required elements to develop software as per the demand of the users and management.
∎ Oversee and direct the effective delivery and completion of the ERP projects and those planned to be completed by the end of the portfolio;
∎ End-to-end program management - project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure;
∎ Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, both in-person and through remote working models as needed;
∎ Analyze the user requirements and convey it to the development team and keep on updating the progress of the project to the user;
∎ Document code review consistently throughout the development process;
∎ Research and code with new tools, libraries, APIs and frameworks;
∎ Help in software stabilization and bug fixing during the QA phase;
∎ Investigate, direct, and resolve complex performance issues and architectural challenges.
∎ Reporting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality;
∎ Participating actively and collaborating within the IT team, providing feedback on current day-to-day activities, and recommending;
∎ Lead and motivate teams by ensuring the appropriate level of supervision and coaching through a period of change;
∎ Ensure that all financial, human, and other resources are managed effectively and efficiently;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Certification in a recognized project management methodology.
∎ Hands-on experience of managing projects such as implementation of ERP.
∎ Knowledge or hands-on experience with business process mapping, project planning, execution and control; sound understanding of ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP, CRP, DMS, SharePoint, HRMS, SCM implementation.
∎ Knowledge or exposure to cloud infrastructure and migration, and integration with various software solutions.
∎ Experience of coaching / mentoring individuals through a transformation process.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ At least 10 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 plus years in a project management role
