Job Context:
∎ Jamuna Electronics & Automoblies Ltd. is looking for some Manager for it`s own Showrooms/Plaza. Salary & Attractive Sales Incentives will be provided by the company.
∎ JOB LOCATION WILL BE OUTSIDE DHAKA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining the branch effectively and efficiently
∎ Performance based full time job to meet the management requirement
∎ Sales target should be achieved monthly, quarterly and yearly.
∎ Make sure that all reports (week ending and month ending business report) are submitted to head office in time.
∎ Maintaining all documentations and records correctly on daily basis.
∎ Follow standard merchandising procedure for display of products and maintain it all the time.
∎ Ensuring that all cash is banked daily and weekly remittances are submitted to head office along with report.
∎ Give maximum effort to increase receivable.
∎ Visit different institution or organization to increase customer base/market size.
∎ Take effective part in all company sales promotion.
∎ Provide proper after sales service to customer according to company policy or as guaranteed by the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in electronics showroom.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
∎ Customer orientation and customer service.
∎ Good Leadership skill.
∎ Leadership quality: Self Motivate, supervise and monitor the Branch staff and being responsible for their functions, duties and activities

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
