Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the technical activities of whole factory, ensure smooth technical operations and responsible for solving technical issues faced in manufacturing areas.
∎ Drive the technical team to achieve the technical sections KPI's and manage the team to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Deciding on all product and technical specifications for the garments including the construction and operation sequence, and the machine, attachment and work methods, so as to meet the customer’s expectations by taking all practical considerations into account.
∎ Participate in PP meetings, review pilot run, and monitor mass production for complex products and the new vendors.
∎ Follow up on the proper and successful participation of assistant manager and technician in PP & line feeding meeting.
∎ Analyzing tech packs and samples, understanding customer requirements and guiding the team to run production accordingly, ensuring the viability of bulk production.
∎ Providing the technical inputs in pre-production meetings (such as machinery, attachment availability, product quality, sewing techniques, bottleneck elimination etc.) and taking preventive steps to avoid potential production problems.
∎ Ensure that all necessary Guide/folder/easy process mock up etc. are ready and clear before the beginning of bulk process.
∎ Review Dummy (if need), trail & Size set with measurement to adjust the pattern based on experience in collaboration with CAD manager/pattern master.
∎ Modify finish process pattern if needed before beginning the bulk after a joint decision with technician.
∎ Oversee the proper validation of elastic and piping fabric consumption in trail/1st bulk stage to check if any adjustment is required.
∎ Oversee the proper validation of bonding material consumption, bonding material cutting design and meet bonding quality with ensuring buyer wash test requirement.
∎ Give necessary directives to laser technician to develop sewing templates to simplify the sewing processes.
∎ Perform investigation to the customer claim to find out a solution to minimize the repetition of the problem.
∎ Train up all subordinates including technician/sewing supervisor/sewing operator/iron man in alignment with customer findings and expectations.
∎ Analyze and maintain records of team failures for improvement as well as train up to subordinate.
∎ Provide technical advice to Merchandising, CAD Team, production team, technical team and vendors.
∎ Recommend the process simplification & cost-saving alternative options to the buyer.
∎ Quality improving work of different sewing operations and implementation in factory sewing line.
∎ Identify causes low production speed and take action to improve production and efficiency.
∎ Responsible for develop sewing methods and train operator in developed method to improve efficiency.
∎ Attend style review meeting to review & identify the critical processes and suggest for performing PPP to simplify the sewing process in production areas.
∎ Ensure the set-up of new sewing line by technician for selected style as per PPP method.
∎ Review quality problems in production process and take ownership to resolve the problem to increase production efficiency as well as quality standard.
∎ Ensure proper planning to assure smooth technical operation within the team.
∎ Provide required training/guidelines to production team to update/enhance their skills on technical, quality, and operational capabilities.
∎ Monitor operation bulletin, measurement, finish process pattern, ironing, swatch card and any related files to assure the best method on the floor.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandising, technical and Quality team to achieve the set goals of production, Quality and timely shipments.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day functions with QA, Merchandising, Planning, CAD and production department to ensure buyer compliance.
∎ Participate in meeting with buyers and all respective departments (if needed) to communicate with customers on all technical issues related to bulk.
∎ Provide technical advice to buyer and factory concerns on complex product items in before & during the manufacturing process.
∎ Maintain good communication with senior management and floor management in day-to-day issues.
∎ Maintain safety stock of PVC and PP sheet.
∎ Guide, Follow-up and check technicians three types of daily work such as
∎ Before the layout work
∎ during the Layout work
∎ the work after the layout

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
