Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production as per planning, ensure target of production with standard of quality;
∎ To control Sewing section of production & establish learn policy in Production floor;
∎ Ensure on time shipment of quality product;
∎ Resolve technical variance;
∎ Review on daily basis reports relating to product quality, level of wastage & rejects;
∎ Reduce of excessive wastage beyond norms;
∎ Ensure floor administration in daily basis to make a good working environment;
∎ Ensure factories premises safety for worker & production;
∎ Report to the Management as per requirement;
∎ Properly communicate with other section or person as per requirement;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site;
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra hour work;
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Working experience in sewing production with large garments industry (Jacket, knit, woven).
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
Salary: Negotiable
