Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health, and Safety are being complied.
∎ Coordinate manpower setting in line, problem-solving, style-wise layout, floor housekeeping, worker demotivation & mitigation of workers conflict, leave/absent calculation & balancing the line, required material requisitions
∎ Report to superiors about production target vs production problems & all of the required work done in a daily, weekly & monthly manner
∎ Coordinate with supervisors & workers to achieve incentive targets & day to day incentive sheet forward to engineering concerns, also check JDE & quality report
∎ Make a meeting with supervisors & workers for maintaining SOP & about target vs production.
∎ Coordinate floor workers on time in/out, m/c cleaning, getting input on time, and lot change procedure, etc.
∎ Identify the wastages & make proposals for the betterment of production
∎ Must attend meeting minimum two times with his/her superior
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by the immediate supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in garment, Textile, finishing and quality systems.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
